About Chef Enrico Grazioso
Chef Enrico Grazioso grew up in Catania, Sicily, where his passion for cooking was born, watching his grandmother lovingly prepare family meals. More than just a culinary heritage, it inspired a vocation: to convey, through each dish, the warmth, aromas, and conviviality of grand Italian dining.
Arriving in Paris over ten years ago, Enrico has honed his skills as a pizza chef in some of the capital's most renowned pizzerias, from Big Mamma to Faggio Panorama. Years of hard work, experience, and passion have fueled a deeply rooted dream: to one day open his own restaurant.
Alongside his wife Selene, his lifelong and adventurous partner, this dream will become a reality in 2025 with the opening of Nonna Mia, in the heart of Paris's 5th arrondissement.
Nonna Mia is much more than a pizzeria: it's a warm, modern yet traditional place where every customer is welcomed as if they were at home.
Here, every pizza is prepared with passion, every recipe tells a story, and every bite is an invitation to share the love of authentic Italian cuisine.
"I never learned to cook from books: it all began by watching my grandmother. In her kitchen, surrounded by the smells of tomato sauce and rising dough, I caught this passion that has never left me. Every pizza I make is a tribute to Nonna." Enrico, Chef at Nonna Mia
